These Terms of Service govern all photography services provided by Bellace Photography, including real estate photography, drone/aerial photography, floor plans and 3D virtual tours, walkthrough video, virtual twilight photography, professional headshots, photo slideshows, and room dimension measurements. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.
Photography appointments are currently scheduled Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM. We are unavailable for Saturday and Sunday bookings. Booking requests are confirmed directly by George via phone, text, or email.
We request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a rebooking fee. Rescheduling due to weather or property access issues (see below) is always free of charge.
Pricing is calculated automatically using our online pricing calculator and includes New Jersey state sales tax (6.625%). Residential sessions begin at $175 (covering up to 2,000 sq ft, with additional square footage billed at $0.09/sq ft). Commercial sessions begin at $250 (covering up to 4,000 sq ft, with $100 added per additional 2,000 sq ft). Travel fees apply outside our standard 20-mile service radius around Tabernacle, NJ: $40 for 21–30 miles, $60 for 31–50 miles, an hourly rate quoted at booking beyond 50 miles, and a flat $60 fee for Philadelphia addresses. Payment is due upon delivery of final images unless otherwise agreed in writing at the time of booking.
Bellace Photography retains copyright ownership of all photographs, video, and virtual tour content produced during a session. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use delivered images for the marketing, listing, and promotion of the specific property photographed, including MLS listings, print materials, and online advertising. Images may not be resold, sublicensed, or used for any property or purpose other than the one photographed without separate written permission. Bellace Photography reserves the right to use delivered images in its own portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the session.
We guarantee same-day delivery of fully edited, MLS-ready images following your shoot, weather and property access permitting. Specialty deliverables such as virtual tours or walkthrough video may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at booking.
Exterior and aerial photography depend on weather and lighting conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule a session at no charge if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for quality results. Clients are responsible for ensuring the photographer has access to the property (keys, lockbox code, or occupant availability) at the scheduled appointment time.
Our standard service area covers properties within 20 miles of Tabernacle, NJ 08088, at no additional travel cost. Properties located 21–30 miles away are subject to a $40 travel surcharge; 31–50 miles, a $60 surcharge; beyond 50 miles, travel is billed at an hourly rate quoted and confirmed at the time of booking. Philadelphia addresses are subject to a flat $60 travel fee. These figures reflect the pricing shown in our online calculator at the time of your quote.
Bellace Photography's total liability for any claim arising from a photography session is limited to the amount paid for that session. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including damages related to a missed listing deadline. We are not liable for our inability to capture specific shots due to property access limitations, weather, lighting conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
All drone and aerial photography is conducted in compliance with FAA Part 107 regulations. Clients are responsible for disclosing any known local flight restrictions, no-fly zones, or homeowners' association rules that may affect drone operations at the property.
All photographs, video, and virtual tour content produced by Bellace Photography remain the intellectual property of Bellace Photography unless otherwise agreed in writing.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
